Return Policy for HMC By Misha

At HMC By Misha, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at magikllccosmetics@gmail.com/ 313-474-1048 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided with your RA number.

4. Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
